By creating an account with Usercount, the Owner agrees to comply with these Terms and acknowledges that Usercount operates under the CPOl 1.02 license.
4. Owner's Rights and Obligations
The Owner has the right to copy, modify, and share data and reports generated by Usercount. The Owner agrees not to reverse engineer or modify any code or script provided by Usercount. The Owner is responsible for informing visitors about the tracking and obtaining consent where necessary.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Usercount values the privacy of website visitors and provides options to make tracking GDPR compliant. The Owner is responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of data comply with GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Usercount and its technology are owned by Usercount. The Owner is granted a license to use Usercount according to the CPOl 1.02 license.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Usercount is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. Usercount will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the service.
8. Non-Compete Clause
The Owner agrees not to develop or sell any competing products during the term of their account with Usercount and for 10 years after closing their account.
9. Termination
Usercount reserves the right to terminate the Owner's account for any breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Usercount operates.
11. Amendments
Usercount reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
