HOW many users can I add to my group in abacus?

Unlimited. Each Abacus subscription comes with the admin powers to add any number of users or any number of restaurants under your group

why do you need my card details upfront? WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

Each plan comes with a predefined trail period (See plans & pricing page for more details). Once your trial period is over, you will be charged for the services offered.

I forgot my password. what now?

We here at Bropaganda is extremely cautious of the security of your restaurant’s data. If you forget your password please drop an email to team@bropaganda.net and we will send a new secure password to your registered email id within 24 hours. We suggest that you change your password as soon as you sign in with the new one.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Use the change password link under user profile in the top nav bar.

CAN I GET ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND CUSTOMIZATION ON THE PLATFORM?

We are currently working on implementing a large number of new features and integrations to Abacus. Please feel free to send us your requests and we will certainly look into it.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE MY plan?

Please drop an email request to unsubscribe. The process will take up to 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmations once your request is processed.

I OWN MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS. CAN I GET A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT OF MY RESTAURANTS?

Yes. Abacus dashboard is designed to provide comprehensive performance analysis for restaurant groups. You can also view individual restaurant performances from summary report.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR RUNNING BROPAGANDA SERVICES?

Our text chatbot comes integrated with Abacus business intelligence tool. This is a cloud based service and can be accessed through personal computers, tablets and mobile phone irrespective of the operating system. All you need is good internet connectivity.

CAN BROPAGANDA HELP US SENT NEWSLETTERS AND OFFERS TO OUR CUSTOMERS?

No. Bropaganda is not an email marketing platform. We will send only review requests to your customers.

CAN I GET THE CHATBOT AND REPORTS IN MY LOCAL LANGUAGE (not english)?

Currently all our services are in English but we are working on providing multi language support. Hopefully in the coming months you may be able to use our chatbot in the local language.

HOW CAN I GET NEW FEATURES ON ABACUS WHEN THEY ARE ANNOUNCED?

Any new features will be updated in the cloud platform which means you will able to use it as soon as we make it available.
